Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service / Sale)

This is the binding contract between Robin byrd co and the customer buying your clothing or retail goods. 

• Product & Pricing Accuracy:

  Colors, sizing charts, and fabric descriptions are as accurate as possible, and state your right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from a mistake.

• Payment Terms:

Accepted payment methods (credit cards, and PayPal where applicable when the transaction is officially processed/charged.

• Shipping & Delivery:

All shipment and delivery times including  dispatch and arrival windows are estimates. Carriers used, lost, damaged, or delayed packages are handled on case by case basis at the discretion of Robin Byrd co.

• Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

14-day or 30-day return window. Condition of clothing items (unworn, tags attached), return shipping and 20% restocking fee applies, final sale items are non-refundable. 

• Intellectual Property:

Statement that all logos, and text belong to Robin byrd Co. cannot be copied.

• Limitation of Liability:

Robin Byrd Co. is not liable for indirect damages, allergic reactions to materials (where applicable), or minor website downtime.

• Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province, state, or region where sold to and by, and the laws applicable therein.

3. Privacy Policy (PIPEDA & Global Compliance)

We collect your data for the purposes of processing orders, and marketing emails. Your personal information is stored on Shopify.

You have the right to request access to your data, delete your information, or opting out of marketing emails through our website email support.
